We use your biometric data to deliver real-time emotional regulation interrupts — the core feature of Anchor. Your email is used to manage your account and send important updates.

We do not sell your data

Your data is yours. We will never sell it to anyone, ever.

Third-party sharing

We do not share your personal data with third parties, with one exception: we connect to your wearable's API to receive biometric data. This means limited data flows between Anchor and the following providers:

Data storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, with encryption at rest and in transit.

Deleting your data

You can request deletion of all your data at any time. Just email support@getanchorapp.co and we'll take care of it.
