Anchor is built to help you regulate your emotions in real time. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how we keep it safe. No legal jargon, just plain English.
We use your biometric data to deliver real-time emotional regulation interrupts — the core feature of Anchor. Your email is used to manage your account and send important updates.
Your data is yours. We will never sell it to anyone, ever.
We do not share your personal data with third parties, with one exception: we connect to your wearable's API to receive biometric data. This means limited data flows between Anchor and the following providers:

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, with encryption at rest and in transit.
You can request deletion of all your data at any time. Just email support@getanchorapp.co and we'll take care of it.
